• Food Truck Fridays, Six years of a fun community gathering at Pacific View Mall, Co-ordinated by MVCC Board Members and Macerich, funding raised went to projects below. October 2013-2019.
• Midtown Commons Parking Lot Renovations, Designed by Midtown architects, over ten years of planning and partnered with the City of Ventura to complete.  MVCC donated $20K for project. 2021
• Main and Emma corner Tree and shrub planting, award Measure “O” Grant funding and MVCC will also maintain for a year, 2022
• MVCC awarded $7500 Grant from Ventura Public Arts Commission in 2016, Grant redirected in 2022 for current approved Sculpture at Midtown Commons by Local Metal Sculpture Artist Eric Richards.  Additional funding being raised by MVCC to complete, ready to now install on site as of 2025.
