As we often do during December, Midtown Ventura Community Council foregoes our regular general meeting and has a very informal assembly to enjoy the company of our neighbors. 

On Thursday, December 12 at 7 p.m. we will host a potluck and ask that people bring an appetizer or dessert to share if you can. The Community Council will have hot spiced apple cider to warm our spirits as we share all our tidings and look forward to a peaceful New Year.

The meeting takes place at Grace Church, 65 MacMillan Avenue, in Midtown Ventura.

Our guest speaker will be Phil Ranger, great grandson of E.P. and Orpha Foster, who will share stories and reminisce about the heritage that they and others bestowed on Ventura.
